80mm Mecanum Wheels with Coupling (Left/Right Pair)

Our popular 80mm Mecanum wheels are used in larger robotic vehicles where their larger diameter and precise motion are required. The wheels ship with a hub receptacle which is compatible with both the TT motors and a Lego-compatible crossbar. The rollers are made from a high-quality silicone rubber which allows for high grip when the robot is in motion. 

A Mecanum wheel is like a regular wheel, but it has rollers attached diagonally around it at a 45-degree angle. This design allows the wheel to push or pull in a diagonal direction when it moves forward or backward. By turning the wheels in a specific pattern, we harness the diagonal forces, enabling the robot to move in any direction.

The wheels are embossed with the wheel direction for your convenience!
