The Teensy® 4.0 Development Board uses a powerful ARM Cortex-M7 NXP iMXRT1062 32-bit processor clocked at 600mHz, putting it in a class of its own in terms of raw performance. The competitive 40-pin I/O array makes the Teensy® 4.0 an extremely flexible controller for both small and large-scale projects requiring high processing power and a small form factor. With up to 4 times larger flash memory than its predecessor, it is a great upgrade for memory-intensive projects.

The Teensy® 4.0 can be programmed using the well-known Arduino IDE as well as the Teensyduino software and comes with the headers pre-soldered, so it is ready to be used right out of the box!
