It is based on the tried and proven ESP12E module ensuring easy hardware and software integration. 17 gpio’s are available to use with function capability such as I2C, I2S, UART, PWM, making this a highly versatile microcontroller. This particular NODEMCU V2 stands out as it has the CP2102 USB driver chip onboard, ensuring high stability in USB communication.

This microcontroller works on the 3.3V logic level. For sensors and any ancillary hardware that functions on the 5V logic level, please use a 3.3-5V logic level converter. The ESP8266 Nodemcu can be programmed via the widely used Arduino IDE, platformio or Thonny IDE’s.
